Can’t finish the purchase?

  • If you can’t finish your purchase please check if you’ve added all the details about your address correctly.  Please have in mind that the shipping is available only inside the borders of Chile at this point. If your address is outside of Chile, unfortunately, you won’t be able to finish the purchase.

Why I can’t buy a product that is in my cart?

  • If you did not complete your payment process for some reason, and after a while, you return to the cart with the intention to finish the purchase, you need to remove the product from the cart and add it again. Please note that you are able to buy only one product per purchase.

Can’t buy more than one product?

  • This is a  limited Christmas offer. Accordingly, at the moment one user can buy only one product per purchase.

My order hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?

  • If you have this type of issue, please contact us through the chat form available inside this help guide and send us your username and order number. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

How can I track my order?

  • To be able to track your order you need to send us your username and order number via chat available inside the help guide. We will send you your tracking number, which you can then enter through Chilexpress website and track your order from there.
